SEC Baseball Recaps (April 23)

Auburn out-slugged Arkansas to win a crucial SEC Western Division series on Sunday at Plainsman Park; Kentucky overpowers LSU for series win in Lexington; Tennessee outlasts Texas A&M in 14 innings to salvage series finale; Ole Miss uses big inning to take series with Missouri.

Mississippi State (28-14, 13-5 SEC) is the overall SEC leader with four weeks remaining in the regular season.  MSU has a one-game lead over SEC Eastern Division leader Kentucky (28-13, 12-6 SEC), Auburn (30-12, 12-6 SEC) and Arkansas (32-10, 12-6 SEC) in the league standings.  Miss. State hosts Auburn next weekend at Dudy Noble Field.
